个人简介

教授、博士生导师。

 长期从事医工交叉研究,以神经信息计算、神经/精神疾病标志物研究为主线,包括:医学图像计算、类脑智能、神经调控、医疗通用AI模型等,在重大脑疾病早期影像标志物发现与提取技术方面取得了突破性成果,被Nature Reviews Neurology特别评论为“重要神经退行疾病早期标志物”。在Lancet ID、ADJ、Chem、TMI、MIA、Neural Networks等高水平期刊/会议发表论文150余篇(ESI高被引2篇,单篇最高引用2000+)。曾获腾讯AI国际大赛脑龄赛道冠军,Wiley中国开放科学高贡献作者奖,获得多项国家和省部级基础研究项目。获深圳市基础研究杰青、地方领军人才等,两次获深圳市“优秀教师”,多次获得哈工大及深圳校区教学成果奖。担任Science旗下Health Data Science杂志编委,任IEEE生物医学工程学会深圳分会副主席、深圳市医学数字影像技术和远程医疗重点实验室副主任、中国PD影像联盟发起人、广东省健康管理学会脑血管病防治和健康促进委员会副主任委员、生物医学工程学会医学影像技术分会青年委员、广东省医学会人工智能分会常委、广东省预防医学会人工智能专委会副主任委员、深圳市医院协会人工智能分会副主任委员、深圳市计算机协会人工智能分会常委等。

   已转化发明专利3项,其中一项已获批医疗器械认证。与国家老年疾病临床研究中心合作,创建一键式神经影像智能分析与辅助决策云,连续支持十三五、十四五国家重点研发专项的研究,研发落地一系列神经影像标志物智能检测产品服务超过400家联盟医院,为数字化/智能化神经专科落地进行了开拓性实践

   兼任鹏城实验室智能部云计算所PI,搭建医疗AI技术生态,包括:通用/专用大模型协同演化策略研究、跨尺度医疗数据建模、专科场景AI赋能应用等。与国内头部AI企业共同开发跨模态、跨尺度的医疗深度学习模型训练中台,开展跨模态、多语义数据的深度垂直专科领域大模型,为建设自主可控的医疗AI技术生态进行开拓性实践。
